Picking strawberries with my grandmother

So I'am sitting here eating a sonic strawberry smoothie for breakfast. And for some reason I had this flash back to when I was about 4 or 5 years old (I'am 41 now) and my grandmother and I were picking strawberries from her garden.

My grandmother and grandfather had the kids round up pine straw and put it around the strawberry plants. I remember doing that, and picking the strawberries.

Now that both of my grandparents have passed away, I miss them dearly. You never know how much you miss something until its gone.
