What paid modifications have you bought and used on your forums before? Here is our list off the top of my head:
    VBulletin blog
    VBquiz
    Photopost
    VBtube

I think that the only one we dont regret buying now is the vbulletin blog system :D

Which is kind of funny because the vbulletin blog system has gotten the most heat out of all of the vB addons and releases.

Personally, I've never paid for any sort of modification, though I'm not even sure if phpBB have any paid modifications.

Merely the vBulletin blog for me personally, I never saw the point in half the paid mods, and having a main website makes a CMS and modules a tad redundant.

vBSEO has proven to be an invaluable asset. I was never too fond of this before... I now think it's a crucial addition.

Even with it proven that some of the things that it's supposed to correct are not necessary?

I'm curious because I bought a license for one of my sites just before finding AA.

Should I even bother purchasing licenses for other sites?

Have you had a positive experience with vBSEO thus far?

to be honest, I haven't even installed it yet; I had to put the brakes on one forum that I was building for another.

Some people like to bash vBSEO just because of its marketing techniques and all that; some people like to praise it just because it's cool and awesome.

But I'm going to give you my no-BS opinion: It has helped and worked very well for us here at AA. I have no complaints with it, whatsoever. I will be purchasing vBSEO for any and all other future forums I develop. I would add it to my Linnie Forum, but that one is already #1 or #2 for my primary search phrase/keyword and the vast majority of my traffic already comes from Google. So the only thing stopping me from adding vBSEO there is: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I use SMF and I've never bought any paid modifications for it, however, I'm really liking this horizontal postbit layout mod.
