One small template edit for vBulletin

    To add a working smilies pop up link in quick reply editor. However, due to performance, it has to use ZERO plugins. Is that possible?

    It's there by default. Click on the smiley on the quick reply here scroll all the way to the bottom and hit show all smilies.

    I think you misunderstood. This is as a template edit for another board, not AdminAddict. It's not a default vBulletin feature, hence why I want someone to 'code' it. Or at least show where the feature is in vBulletin 3.8.4.

    if u hit "show all smilies"
    it'll popup in a new window and that is by default (at least it was on the pre-4.0 version)
