    Could you make this my avatar..

    It is only 535 bytes, half the size of yours which is 1109 bytes.... did you want me to size down some of your images at som,e point, they don't seem to be 100% optimised.

    This is how compressed your one could be for example:

    Heya. .

    As small as that is, no animated avatars are permitted at this time. So you may want to remove the animation, then it's no problem.

    As for tweaking the avatars, that's a good thing to add to my to-do list. I've tweaked alot of graphics, but all avatars and some icons I forgot to do.

    Okay, all available avatars optimized.

    Should reduce load time by a couple of seconds per new thread page load for the 56k'ers. .

    Broadband users won't notice a difference.

    Dozens of various images and icons have also been reduced around the site. This includes icons found in Ultimate.cgi, forumdisplay.cgi, ubb_library2.pl, and postings.cgi

    Message icons will be next...
