What type of music do you listen to when you're working on the computer? Do you listen to any specific genres when you're supposed to be creative and do something or do you feel specific genres really unleash your se.... wait, no, your designing prowess? :)

Metal, rock genre. SOAD, Disturbed, RHCP, Ramstein, and A perfect Circle, Tool amongst some others. I work more efficiently when listening to music.

Yeah, you are nothing like I imagined. :P I think Lee told you?

    For general work:

Aerosmith, Alice in Chains, The Beach Boys, Bay City Rollers, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Bob Sinclair, Bond, Boney M, Bryan Adams, Cat Stevens, Coldplay, DMB, Eagles, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, etc.

But, when doing graphic or coding work, it's usually this type of stuff. ;)

Oh, and there's Santiago by Loreena McKennit which was used in Jack Dee's Live At The Apollo a few years ago when he opened for Omid Djalili.

    Nothin'.

If I'm working on my computer I don't listen to music.

If I'm working on decorating shirts, I generally listen to what most would call "easy-listening". Yanni, New Age, Blue Man Group, and orchestral motion picture soundtracks.

It's amazing how my tastes have changed over the years. I used to live for hard rock, speed metal, heavy metal, and death metal, tho I've always liked John Williams, James Horner, Strauss, etc...

I've been to see him once. My brother bought me tickets for my b'day one year. It was awesome!

The very first CD I ever owned was Yanni's "Keys to Imagination". For Christmas a long long long time ago, my parents bought me a cd player (which is still going strong today!), and my dad made a hunch than I'd like Yanni because I liked Vangelis and a tape called "Sir Dance-a-lot's Dream".

    He was right. :)

I used to be into death metal, etc when I was like 16, but know I find myself liking classical rock and some hard rock. No metal or nothing anymore. I'm the only rock fan in my house, everyone else is a dumb country fan. God I hate country so freaking much.

    RUSH FTW!
    ZEPPLIN!
    SABBATH!

    When I'm on the computer I listen to pretty much the same as I listen to any other time, which is mostly punk rock, and according to my Last.FM's most listened chart goes something like this;

Rancid, Pennywise, Misfits, Social Distortion, Less Than Jake, The Offspring, Bad Religion, The Clash, Dropkick Murphys, Ramones, Adolescents, Queens of the Stone Age, Swingin' Utters, Rise Against

I listen to many genres, but I guess you could be specific; Salsa, Reggaeton, Rock(Spanish, English and Japanese), pop(Spanish, English and Japanese), Rap(English), R&B(English) some techno. X3

This is what I normally listen while making graphics:
