No, no... not Mr. Snuggles - I'm referring to the one and only, uniquely brilliant, vastly creative Mr. Tickles. For about a week now, his flapping tongue and yellow face have both been providing us with non-stop entertainment. Creating a thread dedicated to such a character was necessary.
