Moderator Logs

    I was not sure where to put this, in here or in vBulletin, so sorry if this is wrong.

    How do you use "Moderator Logs"?

    Our staff is on LAZY attack and the amount of work I am having to do is kicking my ass and my enthusiasm.

    But I am not certain I full understand what exactly the value of the "Moderator Logs" are...

    Advice, experience?

    not telling anyone ;)
    with my mod log, its helpful to know who deleted what and when, and who gave warnings and bans to particular members

    mod log helps the admin to keep a check on the admins and staff persons to see whether they are working nicely or not

    Gives a general overview of staff's activity so going through a few pages you can get an idea of who is and isn't active. You can use this in a case based on staff's activity to remove promote etc. I'm using extra plug-ins also to view total actions, infractions etc etc to get a better model of my team.
