Managing Mail

I have all my mail with google which is JetGaming's, My hostings account, Design247 and now ShareAddict as I like to have different ones to represent the company.

All these are with Google Aps but now i have 4 tabs on start up of chrome which is mail alone (8 in total, ijji,aa,vborg)

Is there a way i can manage all of them from one or two tabs? Kinda like CoTweet but for google mails apps?
