Looking for partner / MOD.

Hi guys,
You can see my brand new forum in my signature. I need to get the initial activities up. I have some big plans with this forum for supporting new ideas and young people who want to start their websites etc etc. But as we all know, things would start getting in place once we have few thousand posts on the forum

I am looking for couple of guys to help me out and in return I'd be willing to share some % of total profit as long as they'd want to stay with me.
