Looking for an Co-Admin

Hello I will create an new Entertainment Community and will wait and use vBulletin 4 when it comes out but this time I would like an someone that can help me. Not an Co-Owner but and Co-Admin that can help to advertise and bring activity and good features to the forum.

The best would be if you have any specific knowledge that you can bring to the table.
