Looking a quote on a IPB3 skin

I'm just looking around to see how much it's gonna cost me for a custom IPB3 skin for my new project. I have no idea what would look good, but here are a few forums I sort of like the overall layout of.

F-Body Online - Camaro Forums and Firebird Forums - I love the black gradient section headers for the forums

Invision Power Services The CleanCut skin I love to, just not the colors.

AdminAddict - Resources for Forum Administrators - Love the layout a bit to, not as much as CleanCut on IPS though lol

I always feel like I'm taking other's layouts though, I have no design skills so I've got no way to make it like unique or whatever.

But how much would something like CleanCut in a black/blue/white color scheme run me?

 

Anyone got any estimates or what?
