How did you get into my house to steal my TV?!?

    Oh...there's mine...nvm. ;)

Nice! I agree, it's Dynex, but the quality seems okay to me. :)

Good for only $538 lol. My grandparents bought it for me to say thanks for helping my mom out with the bills and all since my parents divorced, so sweet deal for me lol.

Question though, speakers would connect to the component connections correct?

When I was looking at this TV in Best Buy I honestly thought that it had a better picture than many of the MUCH more expensive screens.

I don't know how long it will last, but at least it got us in the door for HD, and just like Cable internet, I don't think I could go back to standard resolution now. :D

Yea, I just need to get a longer cable. My router is hanging by the ethernet, modem on the floor, splitter to the tv, etc. =), tomorrow I'll get it all fixed up night. Sometime after christmas, once I get my blu-ray system and hopefully a tv stand I'll move it to a more permanent spot and get it all setup nice.

I just need to upgrade to Digital cable as I hate having those borders at the top and bottom of the screen -_- and it's a bit fuzzy, but I take that for the cables fault as they're old ass cables and crap.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Dynex. Their stuff works pretty darn good.

    Congrats Bryce!

    It's a 40" 1080p 1920x1080 resolution.

A whole lot better than the 19" tube I had. Just wait, in a few months it's gonna be like no big deal lol. My grandparents bought a 51" projection back when they were the thing to have and now they're like, it's so small XD. I asked them if they would go back to their old 'small now' 37" tube and they're like HELL NO lol.

And I'm getting a nice, but semi-cheap blu-ray home theater system for christmas. I think it's around 500watts, which is enough for my room. And I found some blu-ray movies on walmart online for $15 XD.
