Jump start section

One webmaster forum that I "used" to be a member of, they had a launch or jump start section. It was kinda like the promotion section here but a little different.

Members had to have something like 50 post in the forum to be able to view, post or start a thread in that section.

What it was, it was for people that were in the community that needed some help jump starting their forum, or just just wanted members or post.

You would post a link to your site and a short description. There was no requirement to return the post or threads that people posted in your forum. So it was NOT a post exchange section.
