Jelsoft Rebrand?

    Well I didn't see this posted anywhere else and I was curious so figured why not do it here and see what everybody thinks. I noticed that both on the vBulletin.com website as well as the actual forum software it no longer says Jelsoft Enterprises copyright but not its just vBulletin Solutions, Inc.

    I am just curious is Jealsoft rebranding themselves or are they 2 different companies now? I am not much up on the news of Jealsoft or vBulletin anymore. I am assuming its probably them rebranding because they moved from UK to US and what not but who knows.

    It's not a rebrand as such - Jelsoft was a UK company that was bought by Internet Brands. Internet Brands have since transferred the rights to vBulletin from Jelsoft to a new company also owned by them but incorporared in the US. The new company is vBulletin Solutions.
