Is this a mod from vborg? Post ranking?

    I saw a forum with little red (-) and green (+) buttons in the upper right hand corner of each post.

    The posts were rated 'not ranked', 'neutral', 'Highest Ranked' (which highlighted it in yellow), 'Low Ranked' and 'lowest rank' which hid the post unless a button was clicked so it could be viewed.

    Is this a vborg mod?
