There is some freak stuff going on here guys. 10 mins ago there was screaming and glass breaking coming from outside. Electricity keeps going down and up and the dog will not shut up.

I'm one of those "what-if" people. So I have locked the doors and barricaded myself in my room :(

    What's going on :(

You wouldn't happen to be near a window, would you? If so, take a look outside - possible car accident?

If that's not the case, then I would call the police.

Looked, can not see anything. But I live out in the country side on a country lane. The house next to us is vacant so its a like 5 mins away from any neighbors.

Be afraid, be very afraid.

Seriously, call the police. It won't hurt in them checking the vicinity where you heard the noises and as my mother always says, better to be safe than sorry.

I might... but I don't wanna cause any hassle. My parents are not here, I am home alone and its like getting to me now. I keep thinking I am hearing things.

    Hehe. ;)

In all seriousness, this sounds like it's more than likely a car accident (i.e. no phone service and power surges).

Do the police have a non-emergency number? Of course, if the phone is dead, that won't do any good at all...

That's pretty creepy. It's probably a car accident, but the phone doesn't work? Hope it all works out ok...

Depending on the type of service he uses for the phone, the lines could have very well been strung via a telephone pole... hence knocking out both the electricity and phone simultaneously.
