How can I make this happen?

I was wondering if there would be a way to have the meta image and a description appear in a box like what happens on facebook when you post a link?

 

Meta image is a setting. Meta descriptions are automatic but can be customized with the seo thing.

But I don't think I worded this well.

Within my IPB forum how would it be possible so that when someone on the forum posts a link it gets the facebook type look with the destination site's meta image and description?
