I'am having some problems with the new dedicated server. The MYSQL CPU load is running at about 50% - 55%, but memory usage is only about 3% - 4%. I'am wondering if I'am hitting a memory limit somewhere.

MYSQL is the only process running in the red, everything else is less then 10% cpu load.

    Server specs:

    CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9550 2.83GHz
    Memory - 8 gigs
The main site is running vbulletin 3.8 and is getting around 4.7 million page views monthly.
    Operating system - CentOS 5 - 64_bit
    Control Panel - cPanel/WHM
Database size is about 1.3 gigs
The forum averages around 3,000 - 3,500 post daily
Average people online 400 - 600, sometimes as high as 800

Wish I could help. Your forum is 10x + busier/larger than ours.

I do know that George (eva2000) said he would be out until tomorrow. You may want to post this over in the vb.com server configuration also.

I know your forum is way more active than mine, but recently my server software wasn't updated. PHP wasn't updated and I had fatal errors and leaking memory.
