Help Please __ Terms of service and forum rules

Hello guys,

I wandered a lot everywhere to find a guide for how to make forum rules and Terms of services, like here in adminaddict.net. When I click on the terms of Service here in that forum,a part appear at the end of the forum root which is [do=showrules#terms]

I want to know how can I access it and step by step please because I am all new to that thing

Actually, we didn't use any custom pages. By default, vBulletin has a built-in rules page, which is located at yoururl.com/misc.php?do=showrules (here is our rules page: AdminAddict - Forum Rules). You simply need to edit the appropriate phrase in the Phrase Manager within the AdminCP.

As for the #privacy, #terms, etc., we have simply used anchors within the page so that you can jump to a specified section.
