    I LOVE Gmail!

I just moved to Gmail after many years of using hotmail, and I must say, it's faster, the https:// version is more secure, and there are less ads.

    I think I'm in love >_>

WHY DIDNT ANYONE TELL ME SOONER?

I never really took to using Gmail - it must be the threaded conversations. I've only recently started using MobileMe, and although it can be slightly dodgy reliability wise, I really like the web-mail interface. Looks (and acts) like a native application :)

Google Wave looks interesting though. I really need an invite (hint, hint)!

It's the threaded conversations which I liked. It makes it so much easier to keep up with clients, I specially like the "starring" of emails.

GMail FTW. But i use @gamingcube.org Email with the cPanel thingy. I used gmail, most of the emails send out from my site were being sent to the spam folder. Why not use @explosivegfx.com email?

I don't like GMail at all. Not only do I not like it functionally, but most of the spammers I get on my sites use gmail, so I usually have to end up banning it.

I just started using my gmail email account, I had always gone through outlook up until recently.
I setup a gmail account and forwarded all my admin@site emails to it.
I like the spam blocking that gmail does automatically.
I'm really looking forward to using the google wave, which I think is a gmail only thing.

I love Gmail but I don't exploit its greatness, as I use Outlook for managing my gazillion e-mail accounts.

I'm the same way. Can't stand outlook (I use Barca, myself), but I use my email client to check my dozens of email accounts.

Gmail is used for stuff like forum registration, website registration, important stuff that I need to go through immediately. Everything else goes through my own spam filters.

I personally would love to marry Gmail and have little Gbabies with it. I love it.

Does Thunderbird have an internet accessible version? I love that I can get all my email, anywhere, anytime.

In fact, I just created a filter just for my Admin Addict mail.

Once you harness all that Gmail can do, I do not know why anyone would use anything else. Just my opinion. But, I love it, so I am fairly biased.

I don't use any free email accounts. If I want to check email on-the-go, I'll log into my sites' webmail. :)

I agree with Outlook Express being horrible, and even Outlook not being so great because of the way it renders the formatting, but I am a little upset that certain functions in Outlook Express are NOT in Outlook. :(

You can set up gmail with your site's e-mail account. ;) Welcome to Google Apps

Still dumb, I'd rather check it online on my webmail or on Thunderbird, which is what I always do. Thunderbird ftw!!

Anything is better than Outlook Express. I use Microsoft Outlook, which I still prefer over anything. I've only tried it, Outlook Express and Thunderbird. I never really liked Thunderbird, for some reason.

... So I stick with Microsoft Outlook (of the 2007 suite) and I'm satisfied. :)

I love Mozilla, but I have to say that Outlook is my personal favorite, too.

Anyway, I've been using Gmail since 2004, very faithfully. If that doesn't show my appreciation for them, I don't know what does. They have barely any ads (unlike Yahoo), and don't randomly go down that often (like MSN/Hotmail/Live/Bing/LMNOP/wtf). The Labs features are priceless, you get enough space to last you for years (I don't delete anything but spam and only used 2%), plus the spam filter is second-to-none.

lol. I used Outlook Express for many years. I'm just now using Windows Mail that comes with Vista, and really liking it.

My only secondary email account is with yahoo. That is, until I get one set up for INTBM.
