Forum Hour is a forum geared towards webmasters that was created in mid 2012. We first created it for the sole purpose of a place to promote your website, but it came alot more than that. We proudly boast over 45,000 posts, 5500 threads and 657 true members that dont contain any bots.

As you saw in the topic, ForumHour is doing very well traffic wise with under 200K Alexa rank! Also the site ranks on the 1st page for the keyword "promotion forum". People are always looking for a place to promote their forum so thats a great keyword to rank in.

Good luck with selling it, I don't think you'll get as much as you want for it, and I don't want to insult you by offering what I think it is worth.

You have to consider that it is using Xenforo, there is nothing to say you are selling the licence with it, so if the buyer wants to continue using that theme, thats an extra $169 on top of the purchase price.
