Does vbulletins new home page look exactly like PHPFox or the other way around?

    While the two pages are extremely similar, that is a pretty common layout for a website.

    Very Similar, The most similar page imo is the Features page on vB and the pricing page on PHP fox

    I read the phpfox homepage, but, slow as I am, I'm still a little confused about what it is. It's not an actual fully-packaged forum or site package, right? It's more of a major add-on for existing sites, like vBSEO? I initially thought it may be the former, but the phpfox forum looks like a vB, since it's using the "Element" style by vbstyles dot com.
