I usually set goals in my mind - or with my staff members on our forum's growth and what's expected for the month. If we don't meet the goals, then it's still fine, however; I work a lot harder as the owner if we don't meet the goals.

    So, do you set goals?

Yes, mine of more a long term than month to month.

I have two goals for my forum:

    - To Become a Big-Board and get listed.
    - To Make a serious profit for at least one month so I feel good about my countless hours dedicated.

Yes and I only need 24 members to reach it. So if you're board and like discussing firearms, feel free to sign up :D

I don't particularly set goals, merely post when I've reached a milestone in my opinion as it comes.

Generally, yes... but not particularly. I'm too impatient to set goals that I won't reach soon. :P
