Do you have an age requirement for your staff?

    Do you have a minimum age requirement for your staff on your forum?
    I try to keep users at 18 or older on my forums anyways, sorry but I'd rather not have staff under 18.

    I'm sure there are good users that are kids but in my experience, those users end up being more trouble then their worth.
