Do you have a daily routine as a Admin? For example do you go to a specific part of the forum? Check P.M's? Start a amount of threads? Post a announcement?

First thing I do, is check the new posts and reply to every single one of them one by one. After that I look for things that might need a little tweaking or improvement. Then I go straight to posting content such as articles and other content.

Is there a plan to how you find good articles? Do you go to higher tier websites or grab anything that might be have interests to you and to that of the forum?

I check out all the new posts on my forum and reply to all of them. After that check out all my exchanges and other promotions to see how that's going. Usually also end up commenting on some blogs with my link too.

The first thing I always do is reply to new posts on my forum. Then everything else.

Yeah I find it the most important as members feel that you care about the community more when you're actively engaged in everything.
