Custom Navigation Bar

    I noticed you guys have a custom navigation bar that sits above the standard vb navigation bar. Is there a mod to get one of these? Does it have to be custom made? Or is there a package I can download for our forum and then we can customize the bar (colors/gifs etc.) to our liking?
