CSS & Skin Template; Need 1 person

recently upgraded to IPB 3.3

and we had to add an updated skin and it overwrote our old one where we made a bunch of minor changes.

along with some visual stuff from otehr applications. i know little about css. but it would take someone with a lot of knowledge a lot less time.
