Copyrights, trademarks, legal forms of business ...

What do people do about copyrighting their forum material, and other legalities that go with public business? How do you have your forum organized from a legal/business sense?

Since I bought mine intact that had already been done. I wondered how others have handled it.

 

I haven't really done much, to be honest. Isn't content automatically copyrighted though?

 

I formed an LLC that owns the forum. As to copyright I let the OP own all the rights, I only state by posting they allow the entity to use any content on the site as the site see's fit.
