For those that don't know about Commbull, it was pretty much the only solution to send out decent newsletters for quite a while. It was always a decent add-on but had it's quirks. I forget how much it cost but the fee was nominal, I used it on my board for a while but removed it mainly because not every got the newsletter despite the system saying it had been sent.

yes it is, when everyone receives the newsletter.

I'm assuming that it works with 3.8.4? If so, I'm going to install and give it a go.

Significant userbase going to vb4 making it obsolete?? Would that be the reason, primarily, for the move?

or maybe the support to fix those quirks?

    Thanks Big D!!

Dunno, but I installed it and sent out my first newsletter. Even added extra text and an image (or three).

Worked like a charm. I received a copy myself, and am pretty proud of it. :D

WOW! I have always admired this modification and always wanted to purchase it... but never did. Now that it's being released free, you can certainly count on me using it. :woohoo:

I would guess he hasnt the time to port it to vb4, so has decided the time is right to make it freely available for those who do.
