Well since individuals shouldn't be going to that site, I don't see how its much of a problem. But legally, the keyword is "While attached". So while your computer is attached to the government network, they can use any an all resources to track down foul play. I am sure someone will argue but that is how I see it. Never agree with Glenn Beck anyway.

 

I absolutely love glen beck! I'm a little disappointed he didn't cry in this clip.


Joke, I think the guy is a total wack job, and is dangerous to society with him being on a major news network. It totally destroys the credibility of FoxNews. But I really am sad he didn't break down in tears.

I knew I'd seen this rumour before.

 

I was on cars.gov looking up stuff (sadly, my new car will not qualify) and can attest that the government has not taken over my computer.

It's good to see Glenn Beck express such tender concern for our privacy and civil liberties though. May I suggest he brings the pitchforks and torches to bear at the administration that started the warrantless wiretapping of American citizens?
