Brand Image, From Design To Creation

So, Ryan here at AA loved the little chimp mascot over at a site he came across called MailChimp:

Tonight I happened to have been reading a Mashables article, and came across a tweet in the sidebar from MailChimp replying to a Tweeter about the creation of the logo.

The guy who made their logo apparently also did the Firefox logo. Pretty cool article, when you get the time to read it. Great for all of you here who are in the field of creating a brand icon.
