Did I mention that one of my hobbies is bar-b-q'ing? There is very little food that can compare to a rack of ribs or a brisket on the smoker.

Oh I know you, you're also known as kevcj, I think. Anyway, I love BBQ. My culture is very much into and I've been eating different types of steaks and lamb the last few days. There's a reason as to why I have, LOL, I'll make a thread on it later I think.

That is one hell of a BBQ. I'm sure it had a good Memorial Day.

I don't even think I could own a BBQ like that without a special permit from the Air Quality Management District. Pretty much restricted to Natural Gas or Propane here on most days.

There is a restaurant/tourist trap in a small town nearby called Littlerock where they have a cooker like this. They make the best buffalo burgers in the area.

Possibly... but once he tries one of my world-famous steak dishes (that is seasoned to perfection), he may change his mind - it's a very good possibility. :D

I've ate steak and lamb for 5 days now, I'm sorta getting tired of it now. I've never had brisket before.

I just had chicken cutlet and mashed potatoes - both swamped in ketchup. Mmm, my personal favorite.

I laugh at myself for not knowing there are different styles. But I think it would only make sense that it was Italian style. Or my style - the red style. Lots and lots of ketchup. And milk.
