Well considering the fact that I'm not interested in running the beta on a LIVE board, I didn't apply. If we would be allowed to test it in private, then I would have.
Besides, neither of my forums are huge anyways.

I would love to run it and check it out especially while I am slowly trying to re-code the vBookie mod (with the permission from the author off course) I currently have it working out of the box for 3.8 but would love to run a 4.0 beta and see if I can get it up to working on 4.0 for its' gold release!

Many people on vb.org want the vbookie mod updated and so to launch it with 4.0 release would be awesome!

However I only run 1 very small board at the moment, so Ray would take a look and say - nope not worth it!

A large forum is not a requirement as far as i can see.

Yes, and in addition, I don't see why the size of a community would matter for such testing purposes.

Well I get the idea that they want testers who run large communities; based on responses I've read on vBulletin.com and vBCodex, it seems like they want big-board operators.

Even if that isn't the case, the announcement does mention
I'm not a long-term customer as I've only been a true customer using my own license for almost a year-and-a-half now; I only run two vBulletin sites; and I am definitely not a developer or designer in any way.

I'm not going to waste their time by applying. ;)
