I've an almost finished a unique Admin Marketplace, which I left out to finish another project. Now I'm thinking to continue working on it (needs around one month of work). Basically I'm interesting to sell the script, as the domain name can be anything. But I'm also including in the sale some relevant domain names.

    1. General Information
      1. Envato / Code Canyon clone. Please don't think that I've copy the features. I'm referring it as Envato is a well known marketplace.
      2. Based on vB4
      3. Suggested domain name to use: AdminKiosk.com, but as I said I've several others eg ForumAddOns.com, AboutForos.com etc
    2. How it works
      1. Coders/Designers are registering in the site to sell their work, suggesting a price.
      2. Admin accepts/declines the script, or changes the price. Author has the right to accept/decline the suggested price.
      3. Admin earns commission per each sale depending on the author's total amount of sales. eg Envato starts with 50% and increases till 80%.
      4. Payouts are set by admin at a specific time period. eg Envato pays every 15th of the month for sales made the previous month.
      5. Each Author can has a Forum, and each of his products a thread. According to author's level, he can also have a Blog.
      6. Again according to sales level, Author can has his private ticketing support.
      7. .... Sorry, as the project is not finished yet, I don't want to list all of its features.
    3. What I'm looking for
      1. The best solution for me is to find someone who has experiance as Administrator and money to invest for this project. He must pay a fix amount for getting 50% of the "company". This will gives him 50% of the net profits. Afterwards his job will be to administrate the forum, my work will be to update the script.
      2. The other option is buy the full rights of the idea/source code of the script. I'm including the word "idea" as a way to protect the potential buyer, that I'll never code again a similar script. But to be honest, I prefer the first option.
    4. Demo... Screenshots?? Sorry no. As I said before I don't want to publish anything before the script will be on the Beta stage. But from the other side, I'm not asking a single cent before the project will be 100% ready.
    Happy New Year
    Chris
