2 questions

How do I get a little picture under my name like everyone else has?

And what do the karma points mean/how does one get them?

(Is that 3 questions? Oh well.)

(And after seeing my post here, I see that I HAVE karma? Where'd it come from? Eek.)

1) You go into your profile and select an Avatar of your choice.

2) Karma points are awarded by the Overlords when you behave like a good drone.
