Hi everyone! My name is Kay and I have known southernlady "online" a few years now and had no idea till this week about her lovely site. Anyhow I am here and will share a little about myself. I am married with 3 kids and a step daughter (who we barely see). I live in Ontario Canada and work part time outside home and full time "at home". I also am highly involved in leading support groups both online and face to face. I also co-own a business called the Weight Loss Wellness Circle, which is an online site providing weight loss help to overweight/obese individuals. I myself went from a 22 to a 14/15 size - yah me! Hi Kay, welcome to SG. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Congrats on your individual success and your site success. Now this is twice that someone has mentioned from this size to that size. Is it a guy thing not to have any idea what that means? I guess I have to get off my lazy butt and go figure that one out. Nice looking site! Just a question, but what is the plugin necessary for FF users to view the site properly? Dave
