Should XenPorta 2 topic on XenForo.com be locked and classed abandoned

I was reading this posted on TAZ.

So what do you think then? It does look bad for XenForo with staff leaving that XenPorta 2 topic running and turning a blind-eye to the fact he's still posting in other topics he sells mods. Just not fair when Jaxel is posting on XF in other topics trying to make more money out folk, yet keeps avoiding making replies in the XenPorta 2 one on purpose to people asking questions for months, which he's made 5k out off and delivered nothing.

Think it's about time XenForo staff showed "some concern" for other members, send Jaxel a PM on XF.com asking he update the topic with answers asked of him for months, if he refuses then lock the topic and class it as abandoned. That a least is a fair way to give Jaxel chance to update the topic keeping it open before XenForo staff locked it.

Also think XenForo should ban all crowd-funding based mod topics from XenForo. Two so far listed there have resulted in nothing coming and people just getting ripped off.

 

Yes, I can understand giving him the benefit of the doubt, but think they've already given him that for long enough.

 

Have u read latest on taz. They did an interview with Jaxel.

 

The flip side is that if XF starts getting involved, they will be held accountable for lack of delivery when a third party product or mod doesn't get delivered (this or something in the future)

 

XenForo can't be held accountable for anything. Not sure what makes you think they can be?
