I agree, I was also expecting quite a bit more by now.

 

I was reasonably impressed by the answers that the new staff made. However as is said: "By their DEEDS ye shall know them"

While they continue to discriminate against certain members ( a left over from the previous owners) then I do not really see any point in supporting them.

 

You are discriminating against me. I am still under the threat of banning for mentioning a certain members name while every one else can freely mention him.

I have had my posts removed for talking about things while everyone else is free to discuss these same issues.

I have been attacked and these attacks have been allowed to stay, yet when I defend myself my posts are altered or removed.

 

@BamaStangGuy. You said it was news to you, This is incorrect as we have discussed some of it previously.

 

The attacks against me are still here the last time I looked and the ban for mentioning the guys name has not be annulled.

When AWS took over the site I believe he complied with an agreement ( I saw a copy) that had been made with the previous owner and the one whose name I am threatened with a ban for mentioning, to ban me if I mentioned the guys name.

AWS also said I would be banned, in fact he banned me for a short time for telling the truth about things.

 

Another example why were my copy and paste posts removed while everyone else's on the same subject were allowed?

The copy and paste comments were NOT attacking a person but were about a software company yet I was discriminated against yet again.

 

I thank you for this and my concerns are presented in a polite and respectful manner.
I am trying to be treated the same as everyone else.

The site is going down with regards to posts and This is one of the reasons why some people are not contributing.
Will they be the next to fall foul for posting the truth? and will they too be discriminated against? these could be some of the things that members and ex members are asking themselves.

I agree that these issues took place before you took over, but they have not been addressed nor any assurances given that such things will not occur again. And the discriminatory restrictions are still in place against me as they have not been removed.

I thank you for your answers, yet so far I am still under the ban. The attacks against me are still there while my defense has been removed. I was repeatedly called a troll, with out any proof or evidence offered and these false accusations have not been removed.

Lets make it real simple. Will you as an admin publicly revoke the threat that I am under, that says I will be banned if I mention a certain guys name?

Will you state that I can copy and paste without being discriminated against like everyone else is allowed to?

I have given you copies of some of the things I have said, how is that being vague?

I can check back and post all the posts if this is needed, however I considered that you said you were open to fair criticism, and so all the details would not be necessary.

Was what I said and as far as I am aware those discriminatory restrictions are still in place. So will you dispel them by stating that the restrictions are annulled?

No vague or generic response please, just a denial or an agreement that you will remove them.

A yes answer means I will say thank you. A no answer means that you are continuing the discrimination of a previous owner, ergo you are discriminating against me.

 

Sarcastic yes, negative no ..

 

I think it's terrible that the legacy of discriminatory abuse of past owners should be continued. New broom sweeps clean. Using old broom just moves the dirt around.

 

Then annull the discriminatory ban and paste and copy restrictions that are applied to a sole member and PROVE it.

I think we have your answer.
