XenForo 1.3.0 Beta 1 Released

    XenForo has released 1.3 beta 1 to the public. I'll get it up and running here this weekend. I haven't run beta on a live site since the days of vbulletin 3. I had faith in the developers then so running a beta was really no big deal. I have faith in the XenForo devs too.

    It sure is nice to be able to run a beta and not have show stopping bugs, missing features or features that are half baked and works as expected.

    I converted a WIP board (http://debatechat.com) to Xenforo 1.2 this afternoon then upgraded to 1.3b1. Everything went off without a hitch.

    Upgraded one of my sites. Went super smooth.

    The other I need to wait for a style update.

    As @BamaStangGuy said they can do 'beta' right.

    My S&U runs out on the 11th so I'll probably miss out on 1.3 going gold until I have funds to renew, but I also have faith in the team so I'd expect to run the beta on the site I have it installed to soon, all depending on the bugs, etc. :)

    I'll wait before upgrading to 1.3 just to make sure my add-ons will work fine on the new version

    Did a test run yesterday and everything seems to work. Will do one more before I do the upgrade to here.
