IPB 3.4 dev version

    So there's now a development verion of 3.4 available live at http://internal34dev.invisionzone.com/

    So far I haven't seen any major changes except in the URL structure ( a welcome change for me) but I can't wait to get my hands on Connect).

    A good majority of the changes are in the ACP in this release.
