When u open case with PayPal, i am afraid your account at XF will be locked later. I am not too sure if it will apply at XF. Because I tried opening a case at PayPal regarding my domains before, and it caused my account being locked at the registrar and all my domain names ownership back to theirs. Because PayPal will charge a fee ($xx or more) at these sellers. And thus the sellers will take back what they think is belongs to them. Again, I am not sure if it applies on XF.

Anyhow, it seems quite ridiculous. It's been so many days.

 

Well you've given it 2 working days, along with waiting over the weekend. Not much else left for you can do really, bar put a charge-back in. Surprised things have turned out this way, honesty did think it would have been sorted out for you Monday.

Thought it seemed very odd, you've not been replying to the support ticket itself logged-in then. Ashley wouldn't have been getting any replies from you at all using email replies. Thought you would have known that one David, thinking you are "David McHendry" yes?

 

Yep, but I thought for sure I'd just be able to reply to the email, guess that's what happens when you do stuff when you first wake up, and I take full responsibility for it.
