Do you spend more time on Social Networks or Your Own Forum(s)?

If you spend more time on Social Networks, how does it affect your forum?

If you spend more time on your own forum, do you feel like you are missing out on the Social Network scene?

 

Zero.

I hate social networks. I don't go near them. Load of faddy teenage crap.

 

Only use social networks for a few minutes a day, my own forum gets the rest of my free time.

 

I used to be on FB, Tumblr and twitter constantly.

I even was engaged and active on about 30 different forums and websites

Now i am on my own forum most of my free time and tend to forget the other sites i used to frequent.

 

I use to utilize Social Networks for our brick and mortar business. Now all of our business content is in our own hands on our own website. We also participate on some local websites.

I don't advertise for the big Social Networks anymore. And I don't use them for personal use either. I have my own servers, sites, etc. I don't need their sites for anything. And I don't like their sites, either.

I spend most of my internet time on our forums. I also spend time on webmaster type forums where I can socialize with other like minded folks.

 

both the same cause i multitask, have my forum open on one window and facebook open in another

until i discovered facebook mobile anyway, lol, now i go on facebook slightly more as thats what i do when im out and bored.
