How Much Power Do You Give Your GFX's?

    On a forum I Moderate, GFX's can ban users and moderate the Graphics,Staff, and Trash forums.

    I dont give much "options" to my staff. The very minimum. I dont even give them access to the modcp. Its best to be on the safe side than later have to spend time trying to restore things.

    I don't know what "GFX" is but I give my staff the power they need to help with the site.
    You don't have to give all staff members full access, that is gained through trust and experience.

    GFX=Graphic Designers. The admin on my forum has now given them mod/adminCP access.

    GFX are Moderators?

    I thought they were there for graphics?
