vBulletin 4 Publishing Suite + VBSEO for sale

I would like to sell the following two licenses as a pair:

- vBulletin 4 publishing Suite License

- vBSEO license

After reading through this and other forums, I think the following details may be important:

I am the original licensee and the accounts/domain names that they are associated with have not been changed since their purchase (end of November 2010). I bought them both to form a new community website, but found the Administration of the site a bit overwhelming and the site was abandoned. I have already opened support tickets with vBulletin and vBSEO, both of whom confirmed that I am entitled to sell the licenses to a 3rd party.

The vBulletin 4 Publishing suite license is active and does not expire. The license also entitles you to download the latest version of the software throughout the entire 4.x release series of vBulletin publishing suite.

The vBSEO license is also active and will enable you to access the very latest version until November 30th 2011. There will be no problem using vBSEO beyond this point (indefinitely), but if you want to continue downloading the latest version beyond the above mentioned date, it costs $35 to renew for another 12 months of updates. The latest security updates will always be available, regardless of whether or not you choose to renew the license at this point.

I paid $434 to obtain these two licenses ($285 for vB and $149 for vBSEO), so I think the asking price is fair.
