The license can be upgraded to 3.8.6 if you pay the renewal fee. Otherwise, you'll be able to download and use 3.8.4 PL2 on a live forum. So yes, you can use it even though it is expired. You just can't download any versions newer than 3.8.4 PL2.

He is a admin here, and has sold several licenses before. No one else has reported problems. Simple answer though, do it through paypal documenting every step of the way and then open a claim if there is an issue...

What MordyT said about me being the co-owner of this website and having done other smooth transactions in the past. I can also provide a screenshot of the ticket that I have that says my license is eligible and ready for transfer. Beyond that though, it's basically all just trust.

The renewal fee, I think, is $50 to have 3.x (no 4.x) for 3 months. I think.

Since you have not had a good sale so far, I will offer it for $30-35 dollars and because I have to renew it to 4.x

 

It is worth about 35 imo. I know several other sellers if this doesn't work out...
