Trading my IPB 3 license for a vB 3.8/4

I'm trading my IPB 3 License it's Expired you can still use the software both 2.3.x & 3.1.2, the renewal fee is $25.00 USD. I'm looking for a vB License that allows me to download both vB 3.8.x and vB 4.0(I'm planning on using vB 3.8 until I feel comfortable using vB 4.0 and I'd like the option to do that instead of paying a upgrade fee). Your vB may be expired I'm aware that you are allowed to transfer expired licenses now as well correct? I will give you the whole account since ipb doesn't allow transfers anymore.
