I'm looking to sell http://www.metsparadise.com and the forum http://www.metsparadise.com/forums

I have know starting bin.

The site has been opened since February and the blog is currently averaging 300 UV daily and the forum is averaging 75 UV daily. The blog has a design that cost $150 to make and gets tons of compliments so I feel it was well worth the money. The forum design (which is only a few weeks old) cost $75.

In this deal I am capable of staying on as the "leader" of the site. I can still help keep the blog and forum updated + I have already built a very large bond with the writers and forum members.

I rarely sell ad space on the site, when I do...it's from people who asked me if it was available and of course I couldn't say no.

But you can fit a good 2 rectangular ad spots on each sidebar plus 2 skyscrapers on each. Their is also 4 on the forum.

Would you consider selling the domain and forum/blog database only?

Sure, like I said before I have no set amount...so say just minus $100 from if you bought it all.

 

Still interested in selling this. I've worked more on this site then any others, ever.
