Unless you are making a bid? Leave those type of speculation within those forums. A $25B company will weather any storm and do anything it wants. It may have no leg to stand on with the lawsuit, but it does not need any if the 'Judge' does not ask for it from the beginning.

How do you win a frivolousness case... Motions, after motions etc.

I will buy it for $80-85, since XenForo's price is $100

All I am saying is that vBulletin used to be regarded by most as the most advanced piece of software. Possibly the best. Then vB4 came along and it lost that title. IP.B suddenly gained a influx of customers from vB and started to take off. You could buy a vB3 license around when 4.0.2 came out for $35. No exaggeration.
Then xF came along. A name people trusted, a piece of software in beta that scaled very nice. Developers who listened. A ton more vB customers moved over to it. All that shows that vB is losing value. No longer is it regarded as the most advanced piece of software. Or the best. Ask people, they would go with IP.B or vB3.8 or xF (or MyBB) for a new forum. But for some reason people don't want to start a new forum with vB4. I run a vB4 forum. With over 10,000 members. I don't want to use it anymore.

    Good luck with your sale.

Bullsnet, since you are not serious about making any bids, then move along. To edit ones post after and lowering your price base on nothing... You do not need to make anymore offers, as I will not accept them from you.

MordyT, IPB gain only some disgruntle customers and most likely are the same bunch that were upset with IPB version 3 when it came out. I do recall IPB beaning really buggy and not worth going live. You can not compare xenForo with the IPB or vB, as it only been around for a mere days... I would chose phpbb over IPB any day of the week, but that is my option and not base on facts that you seem to elude in producing.
