It is with great regret and sadness that I stand before you guys and girls today offering my hobby website: The Mystery District for sale. A community aimed at the discussion of crime, mysteries, conspiracy theories, ufo's and the paranormal.

The Mystery District was my salvation away from my sports network in which I was spending almost 18 hours a day on and was set up as topics and a niche I was interested in and something that I could spend some time on when things were getting a little stressful on my regular website.

However with my current work commitments, family commitments (I have a wife and a 2 and a half year old son) and the fact we are moving and time always get the better of me I need to look at getting out of the internet forum/community business.

While I would love to see the site remain in the same niche so I can still contribute to the discussions I understand that once you take over you can do what you want with it.

So what is involved in the sale:-
- The domain name: TheMysteryDistrict.com (expires 24/07/2011)
- vBulletin 3.8.x License (expires July 06 2010)
- Photopost License (brought just two weeks ago)
- vBSEO (expired Jan 10 2010 only $30 to renew)
- GfxStyle Theme w/ Branding Free option

Not Included:-
Hosting, this site is currently hosted on my dedicated server however with me attempting to get out of the internet business I have informed the hosting company that I no longer want my hosting and we are in the process of closing it down.

Extras:
All content becomes yours, I am not one of these guys who are going to come through and demand you remove my articles.

Downloads - I have paid some good money for current downloads that are available (currently to paid members) which include Department of Defence files re: UFO's, and other related downloads.

Photographs - we offer crime scene photos and photos people believe show ufo's/aliens/ghosts etc. Some of the crime scene photos which are very graphic and detailed I had to pay for to get, some are very hard to find.

Other photographs we are using with the permission of other websites etc.

For people who are skimming this the reason I am selling is personal issues and the fact I am getting out of the internet forum business.

I paid way more than $350 all up for this however don't want to walk away with nothing.

The website has never been monetized and only last week we added amazon ads there after being approved as a sales affiliate so expect income to be zero until you put the work in to push the sales.

Side note: If it remains in the same niche, which is completely up to you, but if it does I will still be there to contribute in discussions, articles, photos etc.

The main aim is to try and minimize the costs that I have outlayed on those licenses.
