    I understand that thsoe domain's got keywords. But its pretty competitive keywords and there already are giants like DP, V7N, ADMINADDICT etc etc etc... So wouldnt do any good for seo.

    That's why you build on them. Plus, the keywords you target here aren't necessarily the same you'd target for DP and V7N, as those are webmaster forums, not community admin forums.

    AdminAddict isn't a giant, by the way.
